So, all of Mr. Stanford’s personal holdings, whether they were intended to be consolidated or not, theoretically, people could have sued him for his bank in Venezuela, his bank in Panama, his bank in Switzerland. Those are all assets he had available to him to make people whole – which was gone when the Receiver stepped in and was limited by jurisdiction.
